I still think the Bears need to make some coaching staff changes, especially the AHCO/OC ones. Regarding players it's harder to get better by removing people so the plan is to get as much of this done as possible in order. By doing this the Bears have the best chance to bring in players to compete and improve on '07's underperforming players.
